RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — PACKUNE

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.

Return shipping costs: paid by the customer, except for defective products or an error on our part.

Refund: within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.

Defective products: contact us immediately at contactpackune@gmail.com.

Condition of returned products: the product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
