Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 12+ business days, to both mainland France and the United States. Customs or the carrier may occasionally add a few days.

Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to France and the US.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as it ships, you get an email with your tracking number to follow your parcel to your door.

Do you ship outside France and the US?
Not yet. We currently ship only to mainland France and the United States.

Payment

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. Packune never stores your card details.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

How fast will I be refunded?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Email contactpackune@gmail.com with a photo and we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

Where can I find sizes and colors?
On each product page: materials, dimensions, weight, colors and what's in the box.

Do rechargeable devices work in the US?
Yes. They charge via USB and work with any USB charger or adapter.
