TERMS OF SALE — PACKUNE

Article 1 — Purpose: these terms of sale govern sales made on packune.com by Mathias Perrochaud, sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel), SIRET 108 952 656 00016.

Article 2 — Orders: placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. Packune reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or insufficient stock.

Article 3 — Prices and payment: prices include all taxes. Payment via Shopify Payments (bank card), secured by SSL encryption. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Delivery: products are shipped from China via our partner supplier. Processing within 1 to 3 business days, then estimated delivery in 5 to 12+ business days (indicative). Delivery to mainland France and the United States.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal: in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without reason or penalty. Model form: to Packune, Bagneux, France, contactpackune@gmail.com — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from order no.___, received on ___. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

Article 6 — Legal guarantees: legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L.217-4 French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery. Guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 French Civil Code): action must be brought within 2 years of discovering the defect.

Article 7 — Mediation: in the event of an unresolved dispute, free recourse to CNPM Médiation Consommation, 27 avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, France, www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu.

Article 8 — Governing law: French law, French courts have jurisdiction.
